INGREDIENTS
Sourcing the finest ingredients from around the world, HUDGEN is refreshing with a dusky hint of hops and finishes crisply. It is a perfect partner for light food such as roasted chicken, pizzas, grilled vegetables & everything else that your friends will relish with you.
Four of our top ingredients are water, barley/malt, yeast and hops.
WATER:
More than 96% of beer is made of water. At HUDGEN, we spare no effort to source for the pristine/purest quality of water that contains good minerals. Did you know that the ratio of water to beer is 6:1?
BARLEY/MALT:
Our golden barley is grown lovingly by devoted farmers who are as passionate about beer-crafting as we are. The barley grains are malted for beer when the starch in the grains break down and turns into sugar in our brewery facilities.
YEAST:
Small but vital — that is the importance of yeast in every world-class brewery. Nestled deep within our secure enclosure/compounds, our beer yeast is stored in sub-zero degrees vaults. Our formula is 8 grams (+/-) of yeast for every litre of beer — the rest is trade secret!
HOPS
Our fragrant hops are farmed/carefully cultivated in our select facilities. Hops contain more than a hundred different types of essential oils and have natural healing properties, on top of being a natural preservative. Hops give the final flavour of the beer — much like the salt that perfects your grilled grub/fare/eats.
